Dukan Diet Nuggets

  1. Preheat the oven at maximum temperature
  2. Cut the chicken into pieces the size of traditional nuggets and season well with salt and pepper
  3. Dip the nuggets into the egg white and then dip it into the wheat oat bran mixture
  4. Place the nuggets on a silicon sheet and bake until crisp
