Dukan Diet Nuggets

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Dukan Oat Bran
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon wheat bran
- 1 egg white
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven at maximum temperature
- Cut the chicken into pieces the size of traditional nuggets and season well with salt and pepper
- Dip the nuggets into the egg white and then dip it into the wheat oat bran mixture
- Place the nuggets on a silicon sheet and bake until crisp
