Dukan Kale Smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes

Phase: Cruise 


  • 1-2 cups kale
  • 5 baby carrots or 2 regular carrots (can use 2 beets instead of carrots)
  • Fresh ginger to taste
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1-2 cups ice
  1. Place all ingredients in a Vitamix  (or blender)  and blend thoroughly

     *Try adding your favorite superfood such as Goji Berries or Organic Cocoa Powder for an antioxidant boost! You can also add an Apple when in the Consolidation Phase.
