Dukan Kale Smoothie

Phase: Cruise
Ingredients:
- 1-2 cups kale
- 5 baby carrots or 2 regular carrots (can use 2 beets instead of carrots)
- Fresh ginger to taste
- Stevia to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1-2 cups ice

Place all ingredients in a Vitamix (or blender) and blend thoroughly
*Try adding your favorite superfood such as Goji Berries or Organic Cocoa Powder for an antioxidant boost! You can also add an Apple when in the Consolidation Phase.
