1.5 Tbsp Dukan Diet Organic Oat Bran
2 Tbsp of non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 egg white, beaten until frothy
Mix oat bran and Greek yogurt together until the mixture is soft. Carefully mix in beaten egg white. Heat up a nonstick frying pan, pour in the mixture and cook for 5 minutes over a medium heat or until the underside is golden and the upper side starts to dry. Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook the other side for another 5 minutes. Allow the pancake to cool briefly before serving.
Serving suggestions: feel free to get creative! Add one tsp of cocoa powder for a chocolate flavored pancake along with 2 scoops of organic stevia. You can also add vanilla or cinnamon.
For savory pancakes, add low sodium salt and herbs. Or for a full meal, add a slice of smoked salmon or Canadian bacon.
